How do I book directly?
Choose a retreat and dates, review the total and select your payment plan. A live booking is confirmed after successful payment and calendar reservation. Checkout is simulated in this private preview.
How do deposits and balances work?
The sample plan is a 30% deposit with the remainder due 42 days before arrival. Close-in bookings require full payment. A separate secure payment link collects an outstanding balance; your card is not charged automatically.
Does every caravan have its own page?
Yes. Open a retreat’s full page for its gallery, layout, amenities, access information, video, site map, dog policy and nearby ideas.
Can I bring my dog?
Choose a retreat that accepts dogs, read its specific pet policy and add the number of dogs when booking. Limits and charges are set per retreat.
Can I add a welcome package or breakfast hamper?
Available extras and their current prices appear with your quote. Check the description and confirm food contents, ingredients and dietary arrangements with your host before ordering.
When will I get the Wi-Fi password and key instructions?
Private arrival details are shared with eligible, fully paid guests near their stay. Your account shows when the guide is available. Keep access details private.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Read the times on the individual caravan page and the latest arrival guide. Each retreat can have its own times and instructions.
Are linen, towels and park passes included?
Check the individual retreat’s inclusions. These inclusions are awaiting confirmation. Ask about anything essential before making a booking.
How do I see my booking and remaining balance?
Create or sign in to your customer account before booking to keep your stay linked to that account. The portal shows linked bookings and eligible secure payment links.
What if I booked as a guest?
Contact the host. A newly created account does not automatically claim an older order by email address; the host needs to verify and link it.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Read the conditions supplied for your specific stay before paying. The terms in this private prototype are examples and are not the business’s final cancellation policy.
Can you help with access requirements?
Contact the host before booking and obtain confirmation of any essential requirements, including steps, doorway widths, bathroom layout and park access.
How far are the beaches and local attractions?
Both caravans are in Tedburn St Mary. The guides suggest Exeter, Dartmoor and South and East Devon destinations. Exact driving times are awaiting confirmation.
Does this preview take real payments?
No. Accounts, checkout and email sending in the hosted preview are demonstrations. The WordPress system needs its real service connections and staging tests before launch.
